liballeggl4-dev software package provides development files for the allegrogl library, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liballeggl4-dev
liballeggl4-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the liballeggl4-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep liballeggl4-dev *
